Your name is already
on the flyer.
You paid the organizer, you got the logo, and nobody could tell you what it did. Groovity doesn’t change the deal — we take no fee and never touch the money. We give you the receipt: how many humans actually walked past your table, an offer on the back of every pass, and a page you can forward to whoever signs off the spend.
Claim what’s already yours
An organizer types your name on an event the way they type a lineup. That credit exists the moment they save it — claiming it takes one tap, and the organizer that credited you confirms it’s really you.
Read what it reached
Page views, passes carrying your logo, taps, and scan-verified attendance — how many distinct QR codes turned green at that door. Four numbers, never added together.
Put an offer on every pass
Dead Sunday? “20% off tonight, show your Saturday pass” — published from your phone in ten seconds, live on passes bought weeks ago. No organizer round-trip, no email.
Then go and find the room.
Make a profile — name, category, city — and read the board: every event whose organizer has opened it to sponsors, by city and date and expected size. Tell them you’re interested and they see your record, not your pitch. Then you talk, you agree what it’s worth, and you settle it between you, exactly as you would have without us.
Anyone can look
No review to pass and no queue to sit in. A brand-new profile reads the same board a restaurant on its ninth event does — the difference is what your record says beside your name, and a blank one says so honestly.
Nothing to buy here
Interest isn’t a bid and a slot isn’t for sale. The organizer reads the list when they feel like it, answers who they like, and owes nobody a reply — least of all us.
The credit is what starts it
When you’ve agreed, they add you to the event’s credits. That’s the moment your logo lands and your offer can reach a pass — never before it. An offer without an organizer’s yes is a thing this platform can’t express.
Impressions are a guess. A door isn’t.
An Instagram campaign reports impressions from an algorithm that also serves bots. We report the count of distinct passes that were scanned at a specific door on a specific Saturday. It’s the smallest number on your report and the only one that can’t be inflated — which is exactly why we lead with it.
- Never summed. Views plus passes plus scans is one person counted three times. Any dashboard that adds them is lying, and you’d catch it.
- Zero shows as zero. An event that drew forty reports forty. A report that never shows a bad number is worth nothing on the good ones.
- Taps are ours, redemptions are yours. We count opens; you tell us what you redeemed off-platform. Both appear, labelled, every time.
Distinct QR codes that turned green at the door. Not impressions. Not an estimate.
Never added together — the same person appears in three of these rows. Yours as a PDF, forwardable to whoever signs off the spend.
We are not in your deal.
Groovity records that a sponsor was credited on an event and reports what that credit reached. We are not a party to any agreement between you and an organizer, we don’t process, hold, guarantee or clear payment between you, and we make no representation about what either of you owes the other.
Fee on your sponsorship
Whatever you pay an organizer is settled between you, exactly as it is today. There is no invoice from us, no escrow, and no fee waiting behind a feature.
Guest list, at any price
Not for sale, not on request, not as a favour. You get counts; the organizer keeps its people. Anyone who offers you that CSV is telling you something about themselves.
Guaranteed reach
We’ll never promise you a number in advance. A performance guarantee is a financial promise even with no money moving, and we won’t make one we can’t keep.
